Adisseo, a valued Equal-Plus client, issued the following Go-Live announcement following the completion of a 6-month project . Adisseo is a large enterprise that designs, develops, and produces nutritional feed additives for the animal production industry.

Go-Live Announcement: The Ship Has Set Sail!

It is with great pleasure that I announce that Adisseo North & Central America launched its SAP system on the global platform over the weekend. The maiden voyage was kicked off with the successful load of beginning inventory balances.
It was hard to fathom at the beginning of the year that the implementation would be so smooth and all of the team members would perform with flying colors. Over the course of the last 6 months there were times when each of us was swamped and overwhelmed; however, all of the project team members stayed the course and worked hard until the bitter end. After testing the software from stem to stern we gave the new system a clean bill of health and made the commitment to move forward by going live this weekend.
Congratulations to all of the key users in the US, Canada and Mexico whose involvement contributed to the success of this project. I would especially like to thank our Equal-Plus consultants who were first rate all of the way. I also want to acknowledge the valuable support we received from headquarters. I also want to extend my appreciation to the Steering Committee members in addition to Benoit Marquet with Equal Plus for their guidance and oversight throughout the project. The teamwork was outstanding and played an important role in the success of this project.
